In addition to removing architectural barriers to accessibility, the Palazzo is committed to co-designing itineraries with welfare and support service professionals and with the disabled themselves.
Projects are available for people with Alzheimer’s, intellectual disabilities or mental health problems; itineraries are designed for the blind and the visually impaired, and specific facilitated solutions (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) are also available.
Guide dogs are welcome in all venues and access with dogs is permitted in the Chiostri di San Pietro.
At Palazzo Magnani and Palazzo da Mosto access with animals, even small ones, is not permitted.
In agreement with Bauadvisor, a paid dog sitting and dog walker service is available, which can be booked at least 24 hours in advance at this link
